It looks as if HP will be coming out with a new HP Mini series in the months ahead. That’s right, the HP Mini 210 series which was briefly mentioned a while back was caught on an HP Support page.
After searching around at HP.com, I was lucky to find evidence of HP’s upcoming addition to the HP Mini series. Some searching led me to HP Spain where there is a Support page with a list of over 50 different HP Mini 210 models. (link is here, but might be down after HP gets word of this)
It is quite safe to say there will be a new HP Mini series in the coming months. There is still no information about hardware or features. Will it have a NVIDIA ION or ION 2? A new dual-core Atom or Pinetrail? What screen size?
Hopefully we will find out more about the HP Mini 210 series in the coming months. It’s only a matter of time before the new HP Mini 210 series comes out!

That is the only place that the search came up: HP Spain. Nothing yet at HP U.S, etc.
I hope it is a cheaper laptop than the 311 or I might regret my purchase. Whatever that’s how computers are.

Saw that as well. Another mistake by HP: leaving too many hints. Makes me wonder how the HP Mini 210 will compare to the Mini 110 and 100 for example.

I wish that ‘10′ part means 10.2 inch. A 10.2 inch ion netbook with the 1366×768 resolution LCD like 110 would be the best for me.
It seems like it’s going to be 10.1″, and like you said I hope its a higher resolution.
