New Posting/Topic Format READ HERE

Its important that you quickly read through this 2-step Guide to Posting in the Mac OS X section. Otherwise, you may not receive help from other users, as it will be difficult to know exactly what your problem is...and may even be deleted by our Moderators. So Please follow the format below:


(1) The Mac OS X Section has been split into four (4) sections:

Installation Tutorials: Installation Tutorials and Guides, problem solving in sections below.

Installation Support: Find Help and Ask for Help with the Installation itself.

Issue Resolution: Find Help and Ask for Help with issues after Installation, whether its the sound, ethernet, etc.

General Mac OS X: For any that don't fit into a category above, or a general tip/fix.

PLEASE POST INTO THE RIGHT SECTION!

(2) Once in the correct Section, listed above, please name your Topic or article appropriately!

Include your Model in the Title like so:

HP Mini 1000: [1000]
HP Mini 2140: [2140]
HP Mini 110 [110]
HP Mini 1101 [1101]
HP Mini 5101 [5101]

And finally, EXPLAIN your problem or issues relating to that Section in good detail...so we know what you are talking about!

Seems like things are becoming more complicated around here...not the Mac way. But maybe it will all make sense once its done.
Any chance of getting an OSX subforum for each model group? Seems like OSX installs and runs similarly on all models, but also each model seems to have its specific quirks as to the installation process and specific issues and resolutions. Information about the different models is getting all mixed together in this one forum.

Good idea.. like:

OS X
+ -- 1000 Series
+ -- iDeneb
+ -- iAtkos
+ -- 110 Series
+ -- iDeneb

And so on..

And could you PLEASE add RSS feeds.. so i don't have to come in every 2 seconds to see what's new? Thanks!

I'll look into that, I am really busy with organizing stuff...so i'll have it on my list. RSS for which sections; rss feed for all new board posts or just Mac OS X?
