Mini 210 bios WWAN, WIFI and Bluetooth whitelist hack

Hello Everyone,

I have a HP Mini 210-1010NR
Bios Version F.04

I have upgraded my memory from 1 GB to 2GB also upgraded my broadcom g card to intel 5300 agn mini
My broadcom HD Crystal is on its way

I have experienced the 105 error from the bios as everyone but skip the problem by installing the card while the computer is running in windows

Everything is in order but now I can't re start my computer

I need to hack the bios as far as I can understand but before trying anything more stupid than installing the wifi card while in windows I figured I should ask if there is a hacked bios I can download that does not look for the device id to boot the machine.

I think 210 must be hacked like 110
I'll get it soon and will try to hack its bios like 110 described here
I found that 210 work with un2420 WWAN module its VID:PID is 03f0:241d

Today I get my HP mini 210.
I try to get bios .ROM file as 110, but when I run afuwin.exe it show me "Error: BIOS does not support AFU"

Now we need Insyde's tool for saving BIOS to .ROM file

insyde bios requires another method to hack it. lok at mini 311, it also uses insyde. I might get mini 210 and will try to hack it if i do get it.

I can disable BiosLockUsb, but can't disable BiosLockPcie.

I succesfuly hack the bios.
Now my WWAN Novatel EV620 work fine.
I just delete module BiosLockUsb with GUID: 7FA4AE0A-1404-4DCC-BE28-CE58029CF5D1 in bios file 3660F04.fd useing EZH20 like mini 311 hack.

Has anyone figured out a way to hack the Wifi lock? I just got an HP Mini 210 and I have an Intel 5300 card sitting here not being used for anything.

Nevermind, I figured out how to disable the PCIE lock. I used icelord's guide and even though I couldn't find "CB0200005984C075" in the HP Mini 210 bios I searched for "5984C075" and found "A30200005984C075." I took a chance and switched the 75 to EB and my Intel 5300 card works now. No 104 error message on boot.

Here's a copy and paste of icelord's guide with my changes in red:
1. Download from HP site last (it was tested with F.04) native BIOS
2. Unrar obtained file with WinRAR
3. Unrar one again obtained 3660F04.EXE file with WinRAR
4. We receive a directory:

        * Ding.wav
        * InsydeFlash.exe
        * iscflash.dll
        * iscflash.sys
        * noname
        * platform.ini

5. Get EZH20 BIOS editor (attached)
6. Start exh2o.exe, open 3660F04.fd file from obtained directory
7. Strat WINHEX (or any other direct memory HEXeditor)
8. Open RAM -> Ezh2o -> Entrie Memory
9. Find HEX Values -> "2F9F2FE69548B54A" (landmark, was found in front of the line will be clearly visible «EEPROM» in ASCII)
10. From this place Find HEX Values -> "A30200005984C075"
11. Replace 75 (JNZ short) to EB (JMP short)
12. SAVE
13. Switch back to EzH2O, File -> Save As, exit.
14. Run InsydeFlash -> Start -> OK
15. ALL DONE
